Booking Terms and Conditions

Tariffs quoted are for 2 people in 1 bedroom, 4 people in 2 bedroom. Extra people over unit capacity charges will apply

To confirm a booking a deposit of $200 is required within 7 days. In the event of a Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $45, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or more than 14 days notice at other times

Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a refund
