What time do I have to check out?
Check-out time is 10 am daily. If you would like a later check-out, we can check with our availability and housekeeping schedules if it is possible. Please mention this to us when you check-in. Late check-out is midday.
What time can I check-in?
Check in time is 2pm daily. Early check-in can be requested; however, we won’t be able to determine this until the day before arrival. Please phone us after 4pm the day prior to your arrival to confirm early check-in.
Can we store our bikes and sporting equipment on-site?
Unfortunately, all outdoor equipment including bikes are not permitted in our apartments. However, there is room in front of your car bay in the secured basement carpark to store your push bikes and sporting equipment. If you require a more secure option, please speak to management upon booking so we can confirm the availability of the secured bike lock up.
If you are competing in any of the local sporting events such as the Mooloolaba Triathlon or the Noosa Triathlon, we are more than happy to help out with your storage needs.
Is bed linen supplied?
Yes, all bed linen and towels are supplied with beach towels available for a small hire cost.
What does fully self-contained mean?
Fully self-contained means all of our apartments have a full kitchen comprising stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Each holiday apartment has a washing machine and a dryer.
A starter pack of tea, coffee and milk is supplied for the first night, along with a starter pack of dishwashing liquid, laundry powder and dishwasher powder.
Are your apartments air-conditioned?
Yes, all of the apartments at Space Holiday Apartments have ducted air-conditioning throughout and contain in-room operating instructions.
Does every apartment have a balcony?
All of our apartments have balconies with outdoor furniture for you to make the most of the beautiful Sunshine Coast weather.
How many bathrooms do the apartments have?
All of our 2- and 3-bedroom holiday apartments have an ensuite and main bathroom. The ensuites have a walk-into shower, and the main bathrooms have a shower-over-bath. Our 1-bedroom apartments have a separate bathroom with shower-over-bath.
Do your apartments allow for disabled access?
Yes, we have wide hallways, walk-through showers. If guests would like to spend a morning or afternoon on the balcony, we also have a light-weight aluminium balcony ramp to allow wheelchair access.
Disability aids can be hired directly through Maroochydore Home Health Care. We are happy to arrange this on your behalf for a small fee, simply ask us today.
Does every room have a view?
Most of our apartments have fantastic water views; levels 1, 2 & 3 have a view of the Maroochy River and levels 4, 5 & 6 overlook both the Maroochy River and out over the Pacific Ocean.
What is the difference between Ocean View and River View apartments?
Most of the apartments at Space Holiday Apartments have water views. Our River View apartments look out on to the Maroochy River and are located on levels 1, 2 and 3. Our Ocean View Apartments look out onto both the Maroochy River and the Pacific Ocean and are located on levels 4, 5 and 6 of the building.
Are the apartments pet friendly?
Unfortunately, no (as much as we love them!). Due to building health and safety policies our holiday apartments cannot accommodate pets. There are many local pet resorts, kennel, catteries and private pet sitters who can be contacted to look after pets during your stay.
