What are the reception hours?
Monday – Friday: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm.
Saturday: 8.30 am – 12.00 pm.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed.
We are available after hours via phone on 07 5430 0000 should you have any questions that can’t wait.
What happens if we arrive after reception closes?
On arrival, if the reception window is shut, please follow the instructions on the wall and dial 5430 0000 and the onsite managers will answer. If we are on-site, we will come down and check you in. If we happen to be off-site at that particular time, we will direct you to the key safe outside of the reception doors where your room key and guest information sheet will be. The following morning please register at reception and pay any balance owing on your stay.
Can I store my luggage on-site if I arrive earlier or depart later than check-in, check-out times?
Yes. We will happily and securely store your luggage in reception until required. There is no need to arrange this prior.
Is there on-site car parking?
Yes. Each apartment has a designated, secured basement car space.
How many cars can we park in the on-site car park?
Each holiday apartment is guaranteed one car space in the basement. However, some apartments will have access to two car spaces. If this is a concern, please call ahead of your arrival or ask us at time of booking.
What is the maximum vehicle height in the basement and ground-level car parks?
The maximum height is 2.1 metres. All vehicles above this height will be able to park out on the street.
Where can my visitors park?
There are designated two-hour visitor parking bays in the car park on ground level. If you have visitors arriving, please direct them to this car park.
Can I have my groceries delivered to my apartment before my arrival?
Yes. Coles and Woolworths online are both happy to deliver to Space Holiday Apartments. If you would like to arrange for grocery delivery prior to your arrival, please contact us to check storage availability for your cold items. If you are looking to have your groceries delivered during your stay, please confirm with reception the best delivery address.
If I am staying for a few weeks, can I arrange for my mail to be sent to my apartment?
Yes. If you require mail to be delivered to you during your stay, please contact reception for a postal address. The nearest post offices are located on King Street, Cotton Tree and Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore.
